My Approach & Philosophy

My approach to psychiatry emphasizes compassion and patient-centered care, valuing the unique life stories and cultural backgrounds of each individual. I encourage patients to share their experiences, integrating narrative as a key component of healing. My practice blends evidence-based medicine with sensitivity to social and environmental influences, providing a comprehensive care strategy.

I advocate for combining traditional psychiatric methods with innovative therapies such as mindfulness, art therapy, and digital health tools, showcasing my commitment to adaptable, forward-thinking solutions. As a strong proponent of mental health education, I strive to demystify mental health issues and promote open dialogue, aiming to reduce stigma and encourage more people to seek help.

My philosophy is holistic, addressing the underlying causes of distress to foster true healing. I envision a healthcare system where patients feel heard and actively involved in their mental wellness journey, highlighting the transformative potential of psychiatry.
